For more than twenty years, we've been developing components and accessories for Hi Fi.
Products over the years include the Parabolic styli and phono cartridges and later amplifier systems, ground breaking loudspeaker designs in the form of the Glastonbury II, The Rock and The Rock Reference turntables.
Today, our goal is the same, to enhance in every way possible the sound of your Hi Fi system. By using the latest techniques with the highest quality components our product range looks at every level of sound re-production.
The new Glastonbury III loudspeakers, Rock MK V Turntable and TA565 Universal Player offer the very latest development in this journey.

The future looks bright as digital audio systems are beginning to deliver true high fidelity with increased resolution and higher sampling frequencies, with this in mind our Townshend Audio's reference monitoring system for high fidelity sound embraces all disc formats, including vinyl LP, CD, DVD-Audio, SACD and DVD-Video.

Fundamental to the system is total isolation from vibration, incorporating Seismic Sink and Seismic Sink Stands will eliminate this problem.
Impedance matched cables are used throughout the system, which have been through a deep cryogenic treatment (DCT) for ultimate transparency and fidelity to source.
For true 'realism' and naturalness, wide bandwidth is also prerequisite, incorporating Townshend's latest design of Supertweeters to make the best of both analogue and today's very latest high-resolution digital formats.
The new Rock Reference Master turntable incorporates remote-control adjustment of stylus rake angle and dynamic overhang adjustment.
